Invite a teammate
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite. Enter their email and pick a role. They get an email with a sign-up link. Once they create an account, they have access to all your companies, templates, sources, and workbooks.Roles
- Admin — full access. Can invite teammates, manage billing, configure data retention, generate API keys.
- Member — full access to companies and data. Can’t change account-level settings.
Remove a teammate
Open their row’s menu and click Remove. Their session ends immediately. Anything they created stays in your account — work isn’t tied to one person.Next
- API keys — for programmatic access from your backend.
- Data retention — control how long workbook data sticks around.
