# Team

> Invite teammates to your Vern account.

Vern accounts are shared across your team. Add anyone who needs to manage customers, run imports, or configure templates.

## Invite a teammate

Go to **Settings → Team** and click **Invite**. Enter their email and pick a role.

They get an email with a sign-up link. Once they create an account, they have access to all your companies, templates, sources, and workbooks.

## Roles

* **Admin** — full access. Can invite teammates, manage billing, configure data retention, generate API keys.
* **Member** — full access to companies and data. Can't change account-level settings.

## Remove a teammate

Open their row's menu and click **Remove**. Their session ends immediately. Anything they created stays in your account — work isn't tied to one person.
